Women and the law - Workshop for Community Women: Fort Garry Women’s Resource Centre presents a workshop for women who are experiencing legal issues and concerns. The workshop will provide basic legal information and resources. Navigating the Court System – A Workshop provided on how women who are not represented by a lawyer can access information to help them navigate the court system and for those who do have a lawyer – what questions to ask and what to expect from both their lawyer and the court system. Monday, October 26th at 12:30 pm -2:30 pm at our Outreach Centre #104-3100 Pembina Hwy Buzz Code: 1003. Space is limited – pre registration is required by calling 477-1123. This is a women only event. Bus Tickets, Childcare and Healthy Snacks are available. Workshop is free – Please consider donation a non perishable food item to FGWRC for women children in need.
